First Truth (Haqq), Then People

President and AK Party Chairman Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, said during his party’s Extended Provincial Chairmen Meeting; we will convince our people by our moral, attitude, modesty, services, projects and vision. “Politics is the art to endear yourself to the people, not to be hated.” (Milliyet/AA, 11.01 2019)

Comment:

In the political treatises of kings, the following expression was written down: “Let your action be better than your word. Certainly, a nice word without action, will lead to sedition.”

The general characteristic of Muslim leaders, which has become more visible; politics has been based on fancy words, exaggerated works and reversed realities. It is surely not surprising that Erdoğan is in the lead of those who use this pack of lies. Winning all the elections for 17 years was possible due to Dear Erdoğan’s verbalism.

There it is again, days before election, and Erdoğan who warned his organization about this issue, was summarizing the words he based on his politics as “politics is the art to endear yourself.”

No! Politics is the art to govern people according to a thought. But unfortunately, because of the fact that today this governing in the world takes form in accordance with the capitalist thought, the rulers do not see a harm in leaving no avenue unexplored in order to guarantee their power and provide its continuance, including flattering the people.

In the Islamic world, the society is being deceived by being governed with thoughts like democracy and capitalism which are strange to Muslims, and especially by toying with Muslims’ feelings. The persons who blend the poison of democracy with Islamic discourses and offer it to the society, and seem bona fide, do not worry about the truth, nor about the people.

Those who planted the thorn of democracy in the soil of the Ummah, which is the biggest persecution to this society, and ensured its flourishing, want us to love and protect this thorn. Those who spread all kinds of sedition, mischief, evil, persecution and tyranny among the Ummah by the politics of this thought, try to endear themselves through glossing over these ugliness’s with parks, gardens and simple public works they have built.

The summary of your projects, vision, moral and attitude:

Not seeing any harm in all kinds of partnerships and strategic cooperation with the enemies of Islam and Muslims in your politics… Not feeling shame for handing over the taxes of hundreds of billions of dollars you collected from the Ummah, to the interest rate lobbies each year… Not being ashamed of polluting the immaculate minds with democracy and laicism, by constantly changing the education system… Pushing the society to the edge of the burn pit by driving it to bad credit-interest forbidden by Allah… Generating huge incomes through spreading and promoting gambling and alcoholic drink of any nature… Opening the door to all kinds of immoralities by spreading adultery and prostitution of any nature under the name of freedom… Laicizing the education system even more, that causes the rise of an atheist and deist youth…

Your effort to endear yourself to the people through deceiving them with fake statistical data, while hundreds of innocent Muslims are victims of your tyrant jurisdiction, who are imprisoned just because they said my Lord is Allah, is persecution in the sight of truth and nothing else than hypocrisy in the sight of people. What the people demand from you, is that you endear yourself according to the truth. Thus “it’s better that the ruler is on the right and true path, than copiousness and welfare in a certain period of time.”

The politics of Muslims is to stand for the governing of the society with a right and true thought. And not with ballot boxes which is the guarantee of your power, by which you flatter yourself to the people for the sake of interests. The right thing to do, is to serve the truth first within the measures your Lord decided upon, and then to serve the people.

The things you do in this worldly life to endear yourself to the people for the continuance of your power, could make you gain some interests. But these exuberances that displease the truth, will cause you to be disappointed in the hereafter. Ali (ra) “used to seek Allah’s protection from a talkative tongue, a heart which doesn’t tend towards goodness and incompatible deeds.” Unfortunately, the speeches, hearts and deeds of today’s rulers differ from one another. It is needed to abstain from rulers who try to endear themselves to the people with superstitious thoughts, and to establish the system that will be loved by Allah and the believers, wherein rulers govern by the truth. This is the requirement of our belief.
