During several days of Indian attacks into Pakistan, which neither spared the women, the elderly or children, nor paid any consideration to the Muslim celebrations of Eid, the Raheel-Nawaz regime maintained a weak stance of condemning the Hindu State’s aggression. As always, such weakness only emboldened the enemy. India’s Prime Minister Modi incited a political rally on 9 October, as 1,000 Indian mortars rained across into Pakistan, saying, “It is the enemy that is screaming … The enemy has realised that times have changed and their old habits will not be tolerated.” And then when Pakistan’s political and military leadership finally did meet together on 10 October 2014, the Prime Minister’s Office rewarded the Hindu aggression by stating, “War is not an option. It is the shared responsibility of the leadership of both countries to immediately defuse the situation.”
Thus, the Raheel-Nawaz regime bent and bowed before the actively hostile Hindu state, to the extent of withdrawing war as a deterrent. It responded to the fire and steel raised against its people with words of condemnation, together with renewed offers of peace, negotiations, dialogue and normalization. It mobilized its mouthpieces to extinguish the fire of the Muslims’ Imaan, rather than rousing the Muslims to aid their fallen through their love for victory and martyrdom. It called the United Nations even though this colonialist tool is the cause of the Ummah’s miseries, supervising the division of her lands and slaughter of her people in all corners of the globe. And all of this is from a regime which commands the largest Muslim armed forces in the world, strengthened by nuclear weapons and hundreds of thousands of soldiers and officers who fear none but Allah سبحانه وتعالى. True, indeed are the words of RasuAllah صلى الله عليه وسلم,
«ما ترك قوم الجهاد إلاّ ذُلّوا»
“No people abandon Jihad expect that they are humiliated.” [Ahmad]
O Muslims of Pakistan!
This Indian aggression and the submissiveness by the Raheel-Nawaz regime is part of the American plan for the region. America is supporting India’s rise as the dominant regional power to both counter its rival China and your emergence as an Islamic Khilafah state. This is why within weeks of the victory of Modi’s BJP in the Indian elections, the US Defence Secretary Chuck Hagel visited India and declared on 10 August 2014, “Our interests across the full span of the Indo-Pacific region are aligning more closely than ever” and “as India expands its own security role in South Asia and throughout the Pacific, the United States will continue to support and encourage.” And this is why America is encouraging India to increase its influence in the region, as far afield as Myanmar and the Andaman and Nicobar Islands at the entrance of the Strait of Malacca, one of the most critical naval and trade choke-points in the world.
As for you, America fully realizes that Pakistan has the power to overturn its plan should it oppose it, whereas its submission will ensure its success. That is why every regime that serves America has played a critical role in furthering this American plan by striking hard at your capabilities. America fears the love of Jihad within you, which is your most powerful weapon on the battlefield, so America’s agents abandoned and then persecuted the groups fighting India for the complete liberation of Kashmir. The American agents then ensnared Pakistan’s armed forces in America’s war against the Muslims in the tribal regions. These agents then made radical changes in the Army’s green book, so that your military was focused inwards, rather than towards India, shifting the majority of our forces from the Eastern border to the Western border. And now India senses the weakness imposed upon our armed forces by regimes which blindly follow America to the extent that the Indian Prime Minister declared with confidence on 12th August 2014 while addressing his troops in Kargil that “Pakistan has lost the strength to fight a conventional war.”
Not content with striking at our military strength, the American agents also work to diminish our political influence and economic power. The American agents in the regime draw Pakistan into regional conferences that are dominated by India, whilst India herself aspires for a permanent membership of the UN Security Council, the cauldron of the Ummah’s miseries. These measures allow the Hindu State to interfere strongly in our political affairs, even though Muslims have only known harm whenever the Hindu has had any degree of authority over them. Regarding the economy, through establishing energy deals, the regime provides energy starved India a much needed stake in the immense energy resources of the Ummah in Central Asia and the Middle East. As for the trade deals, the regime fulfils the American strategy that industries such as information technology, aircraft manufacture and even space travel are for the Hindu to establish, whereas light and service industries such as tourism, rug weaving and sports equipment manufacture are for the Muslim.
O Muslims of Pakistan!
Islam did not allow the bending and prostrating of the Muslim before aggression from the lowly mushrik, whether Hindu or other than the Hindu. It did not allow submission to the kuffar in our affairs. Rather Islam demands that Muslims counter the enemy with all that the Muslims possess, whether great means or little. Anas narrated that RasulAllah صلى الله عليه وسلم said,
«جَاهِدُوا الْمُشْرِكِينَ بِأَمْوَالِكُمْ وَأَنْفُسِكُمْ وَأَلْسِنَتِكُمْ»
“Fight the mushrikeen with your wealth, yourselves and your tongues.” [Abu Dawud]
Yet, rather than mobilizing our considerable strength against the enemy, the regime is using it all to strengthen India as part of America’s larger strategy for the region. It is upon us all to join our nights and days to overturn this harm by working with Hizb ut-Tahrir to re-establish the Khilafah, the shield of the Muslims.
O Armed Forces of Pakistan!
Traitors in the military and political leadership have gathered together to subjugate the Muslims before the Hindu State. Do you choose to stand aside and accept their actions in a mood of defeatism and depression? You are the lions of this Ummah who have been shackled and bound. The Hindus that are present in hundreds of thousands in Kashmir could not even defeat few thousand poorly armed Muslim fighters in decades, so how will they face you? The superpower of today, America, depends on you to stay in the region, fearful of you expelling it, as you expelled the superpower of the past, Soviet Russia. The Jewish entity fears lest you answer the call from Masjid al-Aqsa to liberate it, to the point that the thought of you keeps them awake in their beds. You are the lion who has been told that it cannot confront even the smallest of creatures. Just one strike of your limb will make clear to you the strength of the Muslim Ummah over all the other nations of the world. Allah سبحانه وتعالى said,
يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ قَاتِلُواْ الَّذِينَ يَلُونَكُم مِّنَ الْكُفَّارِ وَلِيَجِدُواْ فِيكُمْ غِلْظَةً وَاعْلَمُواْ أَنَّ اللّهَ مَعَ الْمُتَّقِينَ
“O you who believe! Fight the Unbelievers who gird you about, and let them find firmness in you: and know that Allah is with those who fear Him.”
(Surah At-Tawba 9:123)
Reject this defeatist and treacherous regime, rise and grant the Nussrah to Hizb ut-Tahrir for the re-establishment of the Islamic Khilafah. Only through the implementation of Islam can we bear witness to the prophecy of the Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم, reported by Abu Hurairah:
«وَعَدَنا رسولُ اللّـهِ (ص) غزوةَ الهند، فإنْ أدركتُها أُنْفِقْ نفسي ومالي، وإنْ قُتِلْتُ كنتُ أفضلَ الشهداء، وإنْ رجعتُ فأنا أبو هريرة الـمُحَرَّرُ»
“The Messenger صلى الله عليه وسلم promised us the conquest of India. If I was to come across that, I will spend my soul and my wealth. If I am killed then I am among the best of martyrs, and if I return then I am Abu Huraira the freed.” [Ahmad, An-Nisa’i, Al-Hakim]

«عِصابتان من أُمّتي أَحْرَزَهُما اللّـهُ من النار: عِصابةٌ تغزو الهندَ، وعِصابةٌ تكون مع عيسى ابن مريم عليهما السلام»
“Two groups of my Ummah Allah has protected from the Hellfire: a group that will conquer India and a group that will be with ‘Isa ibnu Maryam.” [Ahmad and An-Nisa’i]
