Enough of the Deceit and Deception! We Challenge You to Disclose what is Concealed

The news leak of the company Petrofac’s resolve to close its headquarters in Kerkenna to the media did not take long to spread like wildfire across all media platforms, which set off, in record time, as a result of alarmed wailing and lamentation, a storm in a teacup. That is in the case where there was nothing in the reality upon the ground that justified the taking of such a decision which has yet to be confirmed by an official announcement from the company or the government. Rather, it has been left to the devises of the hired media to take the lead in the entire political scene in favour of the colonial company in a manner that has shown the government negotiating team up as being tools and servants for the British colonialism. That is particularly after the meeting together of the State Minister of the British Foreign Ministry delegated with the North African and Middle Eastern Affairs Tobias Ellwood with the Tunisian foreign minister Khemaies Jhinaoui, was confirmed on the fringes of the 71st UN General Assembly Meeting, which we have not found any trace of its occurrence within the media. This confirms that the government had succumbed to the direct British pressure demanding that is resolves the suspension of production of the company has been persistent in threatening to leave from one time to another.

So the “crisis cell” which was formed for the purpose of negotiations with those they considered to be representatives of the party until the news quickly came in regards to the success of the negotiations in respect to corroborate the lists with Petrofac in Kerkennah and the end of its crisis, which made it quickly reverse its decision about leaving. It is worth noting that amongst the points of the agreement is the specification of a budget of 5 billion to develop Kerkennah whilst this 5 billion is equivalent to only 10 days of work for the Petrofac company! Similarly, the remainder of the points of the agreement are merely promises and how many promises of this government have there been which have not been fulfilled! So what will this government begin with, will it begin with what it has yet to fulfil or what it is promising now?!

And throughout these days a collective group from amongst the politicians and media personalities were crying out and lamenting the departure of Petrofac to the point where some of them even began to cast blame upon the people of Kerkennah even though they are themselves the number one and direct cause for the “destruction” of the economy in the country! They succeeded to a point to reverse the picture of the main issue in Kerkennah to the favour of Britain and its colonialist company. That is because they changed the matter from the issue of a colonialist company to which the state submits to its unfair conditions after a suspicious presence in our country, to an issue of people not going to work which led to the halt of the company’s production. Thus, after a poorly produced theatrical production the guilty party became the victim!!

For that reason, we challenge the three heads to come forward and produce the contracts that the British Petrofac Company agreed with the Tunisian state, the Tunisian institution for petroleum activities and the Tunisian company for electricity and gas. The publication of all of the agreed upon points will prove to the public opinion the damage caused by these parties throughout the last ten years to a level that will enable solving the problems of all of the side lined parties and not the island of Kerkenneh only. If they do not do this, then it would be more worthy of them to leave the issue of administering the struggle with the foreign colonialism to Hizb ut Tahrir and to solve the domestic problems of the country. That is because it (Hizb) possesses the competencies that will surprise the international colonial powers which insist on making you mere tools to consolidate their presence in our country.

O Muslims, O People in Tunisia:

The solution for the ruling problem in this country will not come from the hands that are ransomed to the West and throw themselves into the embrace of the colonialist. Rather the only solution for all of us lies in responding to the command of Allah by working for the establishment of the state of truth and justice that our Lord has promised us and our Messenger ﷺ has given us glad tidings of its return. That is the rightly guided Khilafah (Caliphate) upon the methodology of the Prophethood by Allah’s permission upon the ruins of the capitalist system which regards the just distribution of wealth to be its number one enemy.

Allah Ta’Aalaa said:

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اسْتَجِيبُوا لِلَّـهِ وَلِلرَّسُولِ إِذَا دَعَاكُمْ لِمَا يُحْيِيكُمْ وَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّ اللَّـهَ يَحُولُ بَيْنَ الْمَرْءِ وَقَلْبِهِ وَأَنَّهُ إِلَيْهِ تُحْشَرُونَ

“O you who have believed, respond to Allah and to the Messenger when he calls you to that which gives you life. And know that Allah intervenes between a man and his heart and that to Him you will be gathered”
