Eighth Meeting of Libya’s Neighbouring Countries in Tunisia Lead by EU

Not for the Benefit of Libya or North Africa, but for Protecting Europe’s Influence in the Region

On 21 and 22 March 2016, the Foreign Ministers of the states surrounding Libya (Tunisia, Algeria, Chad, Niger, Egypt and Sudan) were invited to Tunisia in the presence of the United Nations representative, Martin Kobler, a representative of the European Union, a representative of the Arab League and a representative of the African Union. It is their eighth meeting in which they discussed the latest developments in Libya: the political situation, arrangements for implementation of the political agreement, the formation of the government and the security situation.

The spectator of Libya’s situation only sees the strife and conflict, due to the ongoing struggle between America and Europe, led by Britain (and France to some extent, as well as some of Italy), which is an international conflict harnessing local and regional tools (Libya’s neighbouring countries). To prove that:

  1. America pretends accepting the political agreement in Skhirat while working on delaying its implementation, in a statement of its Secretary of State John Kerry, he said that they worked very hard in the past months in particular, in order to form a government in Tripoli. And if they do not reach an agreement, Libya will fail. He is alleging that he worked hard to form a government! That is by American standards, otherwise it will make it fail, and because the government of Skhirat was not by the American standards, it worked on hindering its formation under a flimsy pretext by its traitors in Tobruk Parliament when they rejected the formation of the Government with 32 ministers, thus, Sarraj tried to please the American traitors by eliminating the number of members of the government to 18 ministers and then presented it to Tobruk Parliament on 23/2/2016, but it was rejected. This means that the United States is not satisfied with the formation of the government, since its formation was not as it wished so it sought to make it fail.
  2. As for Europe which is led by Britain (who has influence in North Africa), it is working on the success of the agreement and the formation of the Sarraj government and approving it because it still controls the continuous political front since Gaddafi’s rule. The British Foreign Minister Philip Hammond has said while visiting Algeria on 19/2/2016 that: “military intervention in Libya is not the best solution to resolve the crisis in the country and called for a political solution”, the French and Italian positions were the same.

It is in this context that the Tunis meeting was held on 21st and 22nd March 2016, which UK arranged with help from France to utilize its regional strengths in making the political process in Libya successful and obstructing the military intervention promoted by America, who insists on taking a share of Libya…

This international colonial raging conflict in Libya allows us to say that it is unexpected for a significant government to form in Libya, that which can maintain security or bring stability despite the eight meetings of the countries neighbouring Libya, and despite the agreements made, and despite everyone‘s declared support to the Government of Sarraj. The most we can expect is a third-party government that is helpless, especially that the United States downplayed any newly formed government. The British Guardian newspaper reported on 18/03/2016 that a report for “The Soufan Group”, which is an American strategic study centre based in New York, stated that “if a national unity government is formed; it is likely that it will be faced with rejection by the subsidiaries of the two governments contending factions to accept its legitimacy”. The report warned that “the fledgling government will most probably face a battle before the ink of its signature on the accord of its formation dries out”.

This is how the colonial powers mess in the region, subsequently leading Tunisia and Algeria to submit to the UK and Europe in order to subdue Libya and its people, with suspicious conferences that only serve the interests of the colonial enemies.

O Muslims:

Tunisia, Algeria, Libya and all Muslim lands will not settle until they cut off the interfering hands of the colonial powers, and until their cheap local tools are removed, those who sold themselves to Britain or America, paving the way for their intervention, serving them in it and fighting on their behalf in the alleged American-made “war on terror”!

O Muslims, O Officers and Soldiers:

You are the descendants of Uqba and Tariq ibn Ziyad, who led the Muslim armies until North Africa became one land, part of the Khilafah State, and North Africa became a regional power and a stronghold of the Khilafah which terrorized the European crusaders for centuries, and America’s ships were not allowed to pass through the Mediterranean except with the permission of the rulers of the Khilafah in Algeria, Tunisia and Libya.

It is initial for the leaders of your armies from Morocco to Egypt to meet and unite under one leadership faithful to their religion and their country and Ummah, to rid Libya of the colonial interventions, thus rejecting all kinds of foreign intervention and expelling the colonists out of the country, whether they were Europeans or Americans, renouncing all their solutions and their projects, and cleansing the Muslim lands from the hordes of the European and American intelligence. Originally, all efforts should be spent in this cause, it is an easy solution lest there are true wills and you put your trust in your Lord سبحانه وتعالى.

So your obligation is to get hold of the lead to return to the Muslims their stolen leadership, so that they can pledge allegiance to the Khalifah of Rasulullah ﷺ who implements the rule of Allah سبحانه وتعالى on His land…

Allah Most Powerful, Almighty makes victorious those who give Him victory, so

“O you who believe. If you help Allah, Allah will help you; and establish your feet firmly. But those who disbelieve, for them is destruction and Allah will make their deeds vain.”
