The Prosecutor of the crimes in Darfur, Al Fatih Tayfur, announced sentencing to death by hanging for two army officers for committing rape crimes against children in Darfur. He revealed the documentation of a hundred reports of rape cases in the region, of which 11 crimes were resolved. Tayfur said at a press conference in Khartoum, that the overall reports which were recorded in Darfur during 2016 amounted to 315 reports, while the total number of reports that are currently under investigation amounted to 241… He also revealed the involvement of the joint mission of the United Nations and the African Union, “UNAMID”, in child rape crimes, amounted to about three crimes during 2014, perpetrated by an officer in the mission. The government of Sudan often denied child rape in Darfur, and refused to reply to Western organizations reports. But here it is admitting by the words of the Prosecutor of the crimes in Darfur, this crime of unspeakable cruelty. What is worse, is that this crime is committed by the hands of those who pledged to protect Muslims and their safety!! Perpetrating rape by a joint mission of the United Nations and the African Union is not surprising, for they cannot subsist elsewhere than a stagnant swamp, and bad morality is their attributes, to the point where their communities are worse than the herds in the jungle. However, the government of Sudan is primarily responsible for these crimes, because it allowed the entry of these impure Kuffar to Darfur.
What is leaking of news about the extent of the crime is greater than the numbers that have been proclaimed by the Prosecutor of the crimes in Darfur since 2004, and it is on the rise, and the government that has failed to find a resolution for this region, and to restore security and stability, but with the help of the international mission; lacking morality and humanity, to provide help for the children of Darfur and their families, so there was extortion and bargain, in exchange for what is offered of services; injected with the poison; of Christianization and alien culture to the Ummah, so the people of Darfur are caught between the hammer of the urgent need for life, and the anvil of extortion and luring for raping women and children !!
The basic purpose of the state is to protect its subjects and maintain their safety, but for the State to seek the assistance of the enemy and bring him in, for its troops to exercise children rape and violate the sanctity of women, then here we find the words of the poet applicable:
My Ummah, how many idols you glorified it was not carrying the idol’s cleanness
Do not blame the wolf for aggression if the shepherd is enemy of the sheep
The abysmal gap between the rulers and their Ummah is only caused by the lack of ruling by Islam, they became strangers to the Ummah, even allies to its enemies against it. As for the armies, they have made them to forget their duty, and turned these armies to be followers guarding the thrones, instead of being a guardian of the country, deterring those tempted to assault it and manipulating it, and with the integrity and the blood of Muslims, as were the armies of Islam; led by Khalid and Al-Muthanna, Allah bless them, traversing the world to spread security and safety, and taking people out from darkness to light.
The state of Islam; the second rightly guided Khilafah (Caliphate) State on the method of the Prophethood, would not let anyone escape the deterrent punishment for child rapists in Darfur and elsewhere, until it punishes them with justice and fairness in accordance with the provisions of Islam, and shall not entrust the wolf; the Kaffir enemy on the sheep.
