On Friday 30th March ‘Land Day’ was commemorated in Palestine and several countries worldwide. It was on this day in 1976 that the illegal state of ‘Israel’ killed several Palestinians as they protested against the Jewish entity’s confiscation of land in the northern Galilee region.
In response to these protests the Jewish entity placed the West Bank under lock-down and did not allow anyone under the age of 40 to enter the compound of Masjid Al-Aqsa. This was to stop a repeat of last year when several borders were breached by people who came to the aid of the people of Palestine and to liberate it.
Despite this lockdown several protests were carried out with one person being killed and many more wounded in the West Bank and Al-Quds by the security forces.
Medics were stated to have said that the zionist security forces turned violent firing on the protestors using tear gas, rubber bullets and stun grenades.
The lockdown was initiated to stop a repeat of last year when several violent clashes occurred when several demonstrators were killed at its internal checkpoints and border checkpoints with Egypt, Jordan and Syria.
We should note that protests help highlight the prison like captivity of the people of Palestine both internally and externally to the world.
The foremost defender of the Jewish entity is not America or the Europeans who we point the finger at though they are not far from blame. But the true defenders are the regimes of Syria, Jordan and Egypt.
It is they who have allowed the Jewish entity to flourish and spread its tentacles like an octopus over the blessed land of Palestine. The land where the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم led the Prophets in salah and the second Khaleefah Umar bin al-Khattab received the keys to Al-Quds from the Christians at the time.
The regimes of Tantawi (SCAF) of Egypt, King Abdullah of Jordan and Bashar Assad of Syria are the ones who neglect the people of Palestine and their own people as can be seen by the recent ongoing revolutions.
The only viable solution for the liberation of Palestine is for the armed forces of any of these three countries to open their borders and skies and liberate Palestine.
Allah سبحانه وتعالى says:
وَقَضَيْنَا إِلَىٰ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ فِي الْكِتَابِ لَتُفْسِدُنَّ فِي الْأَرْضِ مَرَّتَيْنِ وَلَتَعْلُنَّ عُلُوًّا كَبِيرًا
فَإِذَا جَاءَ وَعْدُ أُولَاهُمَا بَعَثْنَا عَلَيْكُمْ عِبَادًا لَنَا أُولِي بَأْسٍ شَدِيدٍ فَجَاسُوا خِلَالَ الدِّيَارِ ۚ وَكَانَ وَعْدًا مَفْعُولًا
ثُمَّ رَدَدْنَا لَكُمُ الْكَرَّةَ عَلَيْهِمْ وَأَمْدَدْنَاكُمْ بِأَمْوَالٍ وَبَنِينَ وَجَعَلْنَاكُمْ أَكْثَرَ نَفِيرًا
إِنْ أَحْسَنْتُمْ أَحْسَنْتُمْ لِأَنْفُسِكُمْ ۖ وَإِنْ أَسَأْتُمْ فَلَهَا ۚ فَإِذَا جَاءَ وَعْدُ الْآخِرَةِ لِيَسُوءُوا وُجُوهَكُمْ وَلِيَدْخُلُوا الْمَسْجِدَ كَمَا دَخَلُوهُ أَوَّلَ مَرَّةٍ وَلِيُتَبِّرُوا مَا عَلَوْا تَتْبِيرًا
عَسَىٰ رَبُّكُمْ أَنْ يَرْحَمَكُمْ ۚ وَإِنْ عُدْتُمْ عُدْنَا ۘ وَجَعَلْنَا جَهَنَّمَ لِلْكَافِرِينَ حَصِيرًا
“We decreed in the Book for the tribe of Israel: ‘You will twice cause corruption on the earth and you will rise to a great height.
When the promised first time came, We sent against you slaves of Ours possessing great force, and they ransacked your houses, rampaging right through them. It was a promise which was fulfilled.
Then once again We gave you the upper hand over them and supplied you with more wealth and children and made you the most numerous group.
If you do good, you do it to yourselves. If you do evil, you do it to your detriment. When the next promised time arrived, it was so that they could injure you and enter the Temple as they had entered it the first time, and in order to completely destroy what they had conquered.
It may well be that your Lord will have mercy on you. But if you revert to what you did, We also will revert. We have made Hell a prison for the kafirun.'” [Al-Israa, 17:4-8]
