This is not the first time apologists for Jewish criminality in Palestine have sought to silence criticism of the actions of the Jewish entity by playing the victim card. The Jews in Palestine are occupiers of Islamic land, who displaced entire populations and have no hesitation blowing up homes on top of their inhabitants, schools on top of their students and mosques on top of their worshippers.

On the 25th of February 2015, several media reported that a wide majority in the Danish parliament supports the government’s proposal to ban Hizb ut Tahrir. Thus, they have once again asked the Attorney General to look into the possibility of a ban.

This is not the first time that this ban is proposed in Denmark. In 2008, the Attorney General came to the natural conclusion that there is no legal basis for banning Hizb ut Tahrir, since it is globally known that Hizb ut Tahrir is an ideological political party. Our work is political, and we call to certain thoughts. Acts of violence have absolutely no place in our method, because Hizb ut Tahrir is bound by the work-method of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ.

On the 2nd of February 2015, Prime Minister Abbott delivered an address at the National Press Club. In it, he made mention of potentially strengthening anti-terror legislation and banning Hizb ut Tahrir. In response, Hizb ut Tahrir Australia relates the following:

Hizb ut Tahrir America mourns one of its Shabab and its righteous sons, Abdul Hamid bin Asad, who passed away on Tuesday morning 20/01/2015, at the age of 83 years. Indeed we belong to Allah, and indeed to Him we will return.

Hizb ut Tahrir America concluded its annual Khilafah conference in Hickory Hills, IL on Sunday, June 15, 2014 under the title “Muslims in America connected to the Global Ummah”. The conference theme highlights the importance of Muslim unity and the role Muslims in America can play in achieving global Muslim Unity. The events that have unfolded over the past few years, specially the Arab Spring, have revealed an increasing awareness among Muslims worldwide. There is a growing understanding among the Muslim Ummah that the challenges being faced can only be resolved by reinstating the rules of Islam and the political unity among Muslims on a global scale.

The UK-based Daily Mail claimed online, on 24th February that, “The Indian Mujahideen is helping al-Qaeda to run a separate module in India, as part of the home-grown terror outfit’s efforts to go global by establishing strong links with radical groups like the Taliban and Hizb ut Tahrir”.

Due to the anti-islamsticker of Geert Wilders, where he printed derogatory statements against Islam, our beloved Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم and the noble Qur’an, we started a countrywide Pro-Islam campaign by distributing Pro-Islam stickers with the Islamic creed on it. Thereby, we have requested the Muslims to make a ‘Selfie’ along with the sticker and to spread it through social media. Together with this sticker action, we also distributed leaflets in the mosques throughout the country with the notice that this anti-Islam sticker is not an accident but a result of a climate of hate which has been created by the political establishment, whereby the removal of the law on blasphemy (which was already dead for ages) and the concept of freedom of speech creates space to the politicians to insult Islam and her holy values. And that these constant insults in an attempt to silent the Muslims needs to be challenged.

After effort and the consultation of several parties – as has been said – a “file” titled “The Control of Muslim Radicalization” (Beheersenvan Moslimradicalisering) appeared, directed at school principals, teachers, police, gyms, youth societies, and others. The preparation of this file was supervised by the mayors of Antwerp, Mechelen, Vilvoorde, and Mazaak, and the file contains a study about radicalism and the methods of attracting Muslims to it, and it also includes practical methods for recognizing the radical tendencies of Muslims and of how to monitor and track them to eliminate them.

On 17th June 2013, a delegation from Hizb ut Tahrir in Ukraine visited the Pakistan Embassy in Kiev and handed over them an open letter entitled: “The year-long abduction of Naveed Butt will neither delay nor prevent your end at the hands of a Khaleefah Rashid”. The delegation who visited the embassy were three members from Tahrir Tahrir: Omziv Fadhil (Head of the Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir in Ukraine), Liev Battaal (party member) and Abdus-Salam Salmatov (party member).

The revelations last week, by former CIA and NSA Consultant Edward Snowden, exposed that America is running a secret program called PRISM to access emails, photographs, telephone calls and text messages. On Sunday 21st Rabii II 1434 AH, 3rd March 2013, Hizb ut Tahrir Wilayah Turkey organized a seminar in the city of Istanbul entitled “Governance and Administration in Islam” on the occasion of the calendar anniversary of the demolition of the Islamic Caliphate. Freedom of Expression exposed as a lie yet again: America orders global closure of active Facebook accounts of Hizb ut-Tahrir and of its members

Upon American direction, Facebook has suspended the accounts of various branches of Hizb ut-Tahrir, of its media offices and of its members, including the pages of the Spokesman of Hizb ut-Tahrir in Pakistan, Naveed Butt, the Director of the Central Media Office, Hizb ut-Tahrir Tunisia, Hizb ut-Tahrir Palestine and various members in various countries.

We Muslims should know that the insult towards the Messenger is not resolved through conciliation with media, which reserves “the right” to repeat the insult. On the contrary, it must be resolved through the establishment of the Khilafah-State, which has the capacity to put a final end to the repeated insults to the sanctities of Muslims.

Cameron’s desperate lies about Hizb ut-Tahrir are attempts at populist point-scoring

The West’s support of Gaddafi demonstrates the true meaning of capitalist foreign policy

The recent release of the Libyan prisoner Abdelbasit Al Megrahi by the Scottish authorities, on the eve of the 40th anniversary of Colonel Gaddafi’s coming to power, brings into sharp focus the continued external support enjoyed by dictators like the ruler of Libya. Contrary to the phony celebrations on state controlled TV, for the people of Libya the last forty years have been like a recurring nightmare. They have witnessed forty years of oppressive dictatorship, forty years of external interference from the West and forty years of corruption and mismanagement.

Hizb-ut-Tahrir America was honored to have organized a Khilafah Conference on July 19th in Chicago at the Oak Lawn Hilton. (Photos are at the end of this press release.) The conference was held to commemorate the 88th anniversary of the abolishment of the Khilafah in Istanbul in 1342 H (1924 AC). The theme of the conference was ‘The Fall of Capitalism and the Rise of Islam’.

This theme was chosen to reflect two parallel trends in the global arena. On the one hand, Capitalism, as an ideology and system of economy, is experiencing serious problems which have hit the financial backbone of the system. On the other side, the world is also witnessing a steady revival of Islam and especially the call for Islam to be implemented as a way of life to such extent that a prominent commentator in the US, Patrick Buchanan, called the phenomenon “An Idea Whose Time Has Come.”

London, UK, July 26 2009 – Thousands of delegates attended Hizb ut-Tahrir Britain’s national Conference: The Struggle for Islam and the call for Khilafah in London today.

The conference was opened by Dr Abdul Wahid, Chairman of Hizb ut-Tahrir Britain’s Executive Committee, who addressed the increasing anti-Islamic propaganda in the West and globally. Using the issue of terrorism and extremism Western governments have embarked on a campaign to prevent the Muslim world establishing an Islamic government, the Caliphate that will free the Muslim world from the terror and hegemony that has been brought upon it by the West. On a daily basis, Muslims are subjected to insults and attacks in the media on their Aqeeda, the hijab, Shariah and Khilafah. He argued that, in this critical time, Muslims needed to hold onto Islamic values living in the West, and resist the attempts to reform Islam, and to support the call for the Islamic Khilafah in the Muslim world – to end decades of oppression, colonisation and dependency.

London UK, 5th July 2009 – Contrary to claims in today’s Sunday Times [British Islamists plot against Pakistan], it is the British and American governments that are plotting against Pakistan. Their disastrous intervention – in Afghanistan and then in Pakistan – has spread terror and killed many through continuous missile strikes and they have propped up the corrupt and despised Zardari regime in the name of democracy.

Taji Mustafa, media representative of Hizb ut-Tahrir Britain said, “The real ones who ‘plot against Pakistan’ are those who allow its foreign policy to be dictated by the US State Department and the British Foreign Office, those who cede control of Pakistan’s economic resources to multinationals and those who allow Pakistan’s territory to be used by foreign armies for the vicious assault on Afghanistan.”

Approximately 400 people participated in a protest gathering on Friday May 29th 2009, arranged by Hizb ut-Tahrir in Denmark, against the military offensive which the government of Pakistan has launched in the tribal areas. Several speeches were held, during the gathering in front of the Embassy of Pakistan.

Pakistan Embassy unwilling to listen to criticism about American War in Pakistan

Sydney, Australia, 27th May 2009 – The Pakistan High Commission in Canberra refused to meet with a delegation of Hizb ut-Tahrir Australia from Sydney yesterday afternoon. The delegation travelled from Sydney with a letter about the current hostilities in Pakistan. However both the Ambassador and the Deputy Ambassador refused to afford even a five minute meeting wherein Hizb ut-Tahrir Australia could deliver its message. The letter which was to be delivered is attached.
