It is no secret to anyone in the world what is happening to the Muslims in the East and the West, of the killing, destruction, violation of honors, plundering of the Ummah’s wealth, and of imprisonment and displacement, especially what is happening today in the heart of Ash-Sham, Syria Ash-Sham. The cause for these tragedies and violations are the Kufr regimes that were set by the Kaffir colonizers, and installed on them incompetent “Ruwaibadha” rulers, guarding these regimes and afflicting Muslims with the worst torment and looting the resources of the Ummah. And preventing and fighting against the return of Islam to power once again through fighting the sincere and faithful scholars and Dawah carriers who have taken upon themselves the task of resuming the rule of Islam. We witness today the Muslim masses in Ash-Sham out for change, demanding the return of the Khilafah and the arbitration law of Allah in all aspects of life, which terrified the enemies of Allah, so they rushed fighting against the revolution of Ash-Sham with killing, destruction and displacement. Allah has told us in His cherished Book, where the Exalted said,
وَلا يَزَالُونَ يُقَاتِلُونَكُمْ حَتَّى يَرُدُّوكُمْ عَنْ دِينِكُمْ إِنِ اسْتَطَاعُوا
“They will not stop fighting you until they make you revert from your deen, if they are able.”
(Al-Baqara: 217)
And when the enemies of Allah failed in front of the steadfastness and determination of the people of Ash-Sham, they began trying to buy covenants with political money, sowing dissension among the Mujahideen and emerging leaders they manufactured them under their eyesight to kidnap the revolution of Ash-Sham and derail it from its path as they did in Egypt, Tunisia, Libya and Yemen. So we are your brothers in Hizb ut Tahrir, for what we foresee of the imminent danger to Ash-Sham revolution, we call upon the owners of knowledge and the Mujahideen, the people of power, and to all our people in Ash-Sham:
O our brothers the distinguished possessors of knowledge:
Allah Almighty says,
إِنَّمَا يَخْشَى اللَّهَ مِنْ عِبَادِهِ الْعُلَمَاءُ
“Only those of His slaves with knowledge have fear of Allah.”
(Fatir: 28)
And He says,
قُلْ هَلْ يَسْتَوِي الَّذِينَ يَعْلَمُونَ وَالَّذِينَ لا يَعْلَمُونَ إِنَّمَا يَتَذَكَّرُ أُولُو الأَلْبَابِ
“Say: ‘Are they the same – those who know and those who do not know?'”
(Az-Zumar: 9)
And the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم said:
«العلماء ورثة الأنبياء»
“The Ulema’ are the inheritors of the prophets” (Abu Dawood and Tirmidhi).
O brothers, Allah has chosen you with something which many people lack, namely knowledge, and Allah is going to question you about it on the Day of Resurrection. It is a great trust you carry, especially in these times experienced by our Ummah, in which it needs to be guided to attain the satisfaction of its Lord to establish His rule on earth and to keep firm our people in Ash-Sham in their work striving to establish the rightly-guided Khilafah, as a confirmation of the promise of Allah Almighty:
وَعَدَ اللَّهُ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا مِنْكُمْ وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ لَيَسْتَخْلِفَنَّهُمْ فِي الْأَرْضِ كَمَا اسْتَخْلَفَ الَّذِينَ مِنْ قَبْلِهِمْ وَلَيُمَكِّنَنَّ لَهُمْ دِينَهُمُ الَّذِي ارْتَضَى لَهُمْ وَلَيُبَدِّلَنَّهُمْ مِنْ بَعْدِ خَوْفِهِمْ أَمْناً يَعْبُدُونَنِي لا يُشْرِكُونَ بِي شَيْئاً وَمَنْ كَفَرَ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ فَأُولَئِكَ هُمُ الْفَاسِقُونَ
“Allah has promised those of you who have iman and do right actions that He will make them successors in the land as He made those before them successors, and will firmly establish for them their deen with which He is pleased and give them, in place of their fear, security. ‘They worship Me, not associating anything with Me.’ Any who are kafir after that, such people are deviators.”
(An-Nur, 24:55)
And as a fulfillment of the tidings of RasulAllah صلى الله عليه وسلم:
«تكونُ النُّـبُوَّةُ فيكمْ ما شاءَ اللّهُ أنْ تكون، ثمّ يرْفعُها اللّهُ إذا شاءَ أنْ يرْفَعَها. ثـُـمّ تكونُ خِلافةً على مِنهاج النبوَّة، فتكونُ ما شاءَ اللّهُ أنْ تكون، ثـُمّ يرْفعُها إذا شاءَ أنْ يرفعَها. ثـُمّ تكونُ مُلْكاً عاضّاً، فتكونُ ما شاءَ الله أنْ تكونَ، ثـُمّ يرفعُها إذا شاءَ الله أنْ يرفعَها. ثـُـمّ تكونُ مُلْكاً جَبريَّةً، فتكونُ ما شاءَ الله أنْ تكونَ، ثـُـمّ يرفعُها إذا شاءَ أنْ يرفعَها. ثـُـمّ تكونُ خِـلافـةً على مِنهـاج النُّـبُوَّة، ثم سكت»
“Prophethood will last with you as long as Allah wants it to last. Then there will be Khilafah according to the method of Prophethood, and it will last for as long as Allah wishes, then He will lift it if He wishes. Then there will be hereditary rule, and it will last for as long as Allah wishes, then He will lift it if He wishes. Then there will be an oppressive rule, and it will last for as long as Allah wishes, then He will lift it if He wishes. Then there will be Khilafah according to the method of Prophethood.” Then he صلى الله عليه وسلم fell silent.” (Narrated by Ahmad).
So, O brothers, we invite you to take your real position as righteous role models who stand on the positions of truth, fearless of any blame for the sake of Allah; adopting the vital issues of the Ummah, working for the establishment of the Khilafah and guiding the Ummah towards it. As well as giving to the Ummah the ideals of real steadiness on the right and to sacrifice for it all that is cherished and precious. And working hard day and night to gather the Mujahideen on the banner of the Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم and on a clearly detailed and crystallized project; the Khilafah project prepared by your brothers in Hizb ut Tahrir.
As for our brothers the believing people of power stationed on the land of Ash-Sham:
Allah Almighty says:
يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِنْ تَنْصُرُوا اللَّهَ يَنْصُرْكُمْ وَيُثَبِّتْ أَقْدَامَكُمْ
“You who have iman! if you help Allah, He will help you and make your feet firm.”
(Muhammad, 7)
Thus, Nussrah (support) of Allah means supporting His Shariah, working to establish the righteous Khilafah, and a compliance with the legislative laws (Ahkam Shariah). And that the dirty political money has been and continues to be for creating a balance between the opposition and the regime, until America finds a suitable replacement to Bashar. It is not a victory for the Muslims and is not for the love of the people of Ash-Sham and their revolution. This is uttered by the status of their frontlines; stopping, delivery, withdrawal and betrayal with the presence of arms and sincere men.
Therefore, we invite you to reject this dirty political money, which participates in killing us, destruction of our property and displacement of our people. Do not be tools in the hands of the Kaffir West and their local and the Arab agents to reap the fruit of your Jihad and replacing an agent with another one. You alone who has the ability and the power to change, so use whatever you possess to establish the project that pleases Allah and His Messenger صلى الله عليه وسلم, and brings happiness to you and your Ummah in both realms, the Khilafah project that was prepared by Hizb ut Tahrir. By this you would have attain a great honor in this world and in the Hereafter, and what a great glory and honor.
And to our steadfast and believing people in Ash-Sham:
The Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم said:
«صفوة الله من أرضه الشام، وفيها صفوته من خلقه وعباده»
“The choicest of lands with Allah is Ash-Sham, in it reside the choicest of His creation and slaves”
and he صلى الله عليه وسلم said:
«إذا فسد أهل الشام فلا خير فيكم»
“If the people of Ash-Sham were to be corrupted, there would be no Good left in you”
Allah has selected you O people of Syria that He made you in this blessed land, and selected you for the Goodness in this Ummah. Your steadfastness and patience on this global devour on you, and your insistence on the establishment of the Khilafah had disabled the entire Western countries, led by America, from kidnapping your revolution. And all these explosive barrels, barbaric killing and brutal massacres are only to subjugate you to other than Allah and to make you accept a replacement regime to Bashar, modeled on the regimes that the West created in Egypt, Tunisia etc….. So be patient and persevere and know that you are not alone; Allah is with you and He is sufficient for you against them, and the Islamic Ummah are all with you from the East to the West demanding Khilafah. For you have raised high the banners of RasullAllah صلى الله عليه وسلم, so do not accept a substitute to it. Take at the hands of anyone who wants to sell your revolution and your sacrifices cheaply, and discard and cut off their hands for manipulation with your fates, and you are adequate to do so. He سبحانه وتعالى says:
وَلا تَهِنُوا وَلا تَحْزَنُوا وَأَنْتُمُ الأَعْلَوْنَ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ مُؤْمِنِينَ
“Do not give up and do not be downhearted. You shall be uppermost if you are believers.”
(Al-i-Imran: 139)
And we call on everyone to adopt the political paper entitled:
We ask our Lord Almighty to glorify Islam and Muslims.
