In the context of Barzani’s – the president of the so-called Kurdistan region of Iraq – insistence to hold the referendum, as scheduled on 25th September 2017, for self-determination of the establishment of an alleged Kurdish state, as their national right since the end of World War I, a statement by the presidency of Kurdistan on its website said that US Secretary of State, Tillerson, has called Barzani, expressing Washington’s desire to postpone the referendum on the independence of the region “and its support for the continuation of dialogues and negotiations between the Kurdistan region and Baghdad.” Barzani, on the other hand, demanded both American and Iraqi guarantees to postpone the referendum and not to cancel it completely, making these guarantees a political and moral obligation. (Al-Arab newspaper).Barzani, who himself is small, ennobles the presidency that expired years ago, so he wants to distract attention from the demands of his opponents to step down by pretending care for the rights of his people, who have been plagued by him and his rogue gang, knowing well that the situation now is not favourable. This is because America cares for (its interests), as well as the interests of its parties, the contestants in its service such as Turkey and Iran, and the bloody regime in Syria until the end of the “ISIS” crisis that is troubling the entire region and the European community.

Barzani has enjoyed the subordination to his Kaffir masters in Britain and America, so he was pleased to be a bridge to pass their plots and malicious projects in the (regionalization) at times (and Federations) at others, and made his usurped land like (reserves) that are held to save living organisms. The United States has made the occupied Kurdistan a model for setting up similar regions in central and southern Iraq. So, they included this in their distorted constitution, and the international coalition defended it dearly, when “ISIS” was approaching its borders, to make it a springboard to finish off the rest of Iraq’s territory, tearing and fragmenting it,

﴾ ﴿فَلْيَضْحَكُوا قَلِيلًا وَلْيَبْكُوا كَثِيرًا جَزَاءً بِمَا كَانُوا يَكْسِبُونَ

“So let them laugh a little and [then] weep much as recompense for what they used to earn.” [At-Tawbah: 82]

We promise a just retribution to all those who betrayed Allah and His Messenger and the believers, for Allah’s relief and victory are coming soon by the permission of Allah Almighty
