The Prophet ﷺ says:  «مَنْ لَا يَشْكُرُ النَّاسَ لَا يَشْكُرُ اللهَ»

“He who does not thank people does not thank Allah”

On Monday, 10/6/2019 two resolutions in favour of Hizb ut Tahrir were reached, against the backdrop of two cases of the suspension of its activity submitted by the Prime Minister, when Al-Mahdi bin Gharbia adopted the plan of the Minister in charge of the constitutional bodies and civil society.

Every time when we almost reach the state of despair and loss of hope, this blessed Ummah only shows a glimmer of light. It is striking that this glimmer of light comes from a device that refused to be a tool in the hands of the abusers and wanted to be just, despite the attacks of some paid media organizations that work for intolerant ruthless entities. Today, the judiciary, in particular the Court of Appeal, has supported Hizb ut Tahrir.

This party, which adopts only political action, and no proof of any material work was recorded against it since its inception, its crime in their view is that it did not stop the political accountability and technically does not have administrative problems with the organization of life, its only problem is the outdated system, that adopted capitalism as its view point, and views subordination to the foreigners as a need of life.

We wish to extend our hands in support for those who do justice to those upholding the truth, because we know that this may cost them hardship. May Allah bless them and all those who supported us throughout these cases. Hizb ut Tahrir promises them to be steadfast on the ideology and adopts the major issues that determine the fate of our Ummah.

Praise be to those who stand with the truth and shame to those in the line of injustice.
