A martyr was elevated to his Lord – we consider him as such and not commend anyone over Allah – on the night of Sunday 15/9/2013 CE, in the city of Kizlyar in the Republic of Dagestan; a member of Hizb ut Tahrir, Abalova Abdullah, born in 1976, as treacherous hands assassinated him while he was returning to his home.
As some brothers transported brother Abdullah to his house, they noticed a black car of the model Jiguli 14 without a license plate parked close to the house of the martyr, Allah سبحانه وتعالى willing, and as soon as brother Abdullah got out of the car Allah’s سبحانه وتعالى enemies fired shots at him, seriously wounding him in the chest. Upon impact he was taken to the hospital where his pure soul left to its creator. His pure body was buried on the morning of Monday 16/9/2013 CE in the Kizlyar city cemetery.
Indeed we are for Allah سبحانه وتعالى and to him we will return
We knew our brother Abdullah as a lion of Islam; virtuous, honorable, courageous, defiant of Allah’s سبحانه وتعالى enemies. His honesty, boldness, graciousness, and patience sparked terror in the hearts of the traitors. He was like the wind in strength and activity. He, may Allah سبحانه وتعالى have mercy on him, was a beam of light dispelling oppression and darkness in Dagestan.
It should be mentioned that the traitors threatened our brother Abdullah with physical liquidation numerous times. However the Noor of belief and the strength of his Iman did not allow fear to penetrate his heart, and did not call doubt as to the validity of what he was on of truth, and his confidence in his convictions were never shaken.
And we turn to Allah Almighty, and ask that he may reward our brother Abdullah the best reward, and that he accept him to the group of the master of martyrs Hamza Bin Abdul Muttalib, confirming the saying of the Messenger صلى الله عليه وسلم:
سيد الشهداء حمزة بن عبد المطلب، ورجل قام إلى إمام جائر فأمره ونهاه فقتله
“The master of martyrs is Hamza bin Abdul-Muttalib and a man who stood to an oppressor ruler where he ordered him and forbade him so he (the ruler) killed him.”
And we ask the Almighty to assemble him with the prophets and the righteous and the martyrs, and what good companions they are. As for you the tyrants of Russia and its lackeys in the region, especially Dagestan, we pray to the Avenger, the Powerful, the Mighty to take revenge from you and fiercely kill you by your own actions, and make you an example for one who considers.
In conclusion, we in the Central Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir can only turn to the family of our brother with Dua’a and consolation, asking Allah سبحانه وتعالى to inspire in them patience and fortitude. And Allah is our sufficiency, for he is our helper and on him we rely.
