مِّنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ رِجَالٌ صَدَقُوا مَا عَاهَدُوا اللَّهَ عَلَيْهِ فَمِنْهُم مَّن قَضَى نَحْبَهُ وَمِنْهُم مَّن يَنتَظِرُ وَمَا بَدَّلُوا تَبْدِيلًا
“Among the believers there are men who have been true to the contract they made with Allah. Some of them have fulfilled their pact by death and some are still waiting to do so, not having changed in any way at all” [33:23]
The Central Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir mourns the death to the Muslim Ummah Brother Saidmahmudov Saidaziz, born in 1971, a father of three children and native of Tashkent, Almazar district, Kuksu Street 54.
Despite the fact that Hizb ut Tahrir conducts an ideological and political work, the regimes confront the Hizb with physical struggle. The regime of Uzbekistan is no exception. As soon as the tyrant I.Karimov understood that Hizb ut Tahrir follows the path of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, and does not make any deals with the tyrants, the Hizb’s Shabab began to suffer from persecution. But despite all the persecution, the Shabab did not retreat from their path.
Our Brother Saidaziz (may Allah have mercy on him) was among the first who carried the dawah in the ranks of Hizb ut Tahrir. At the beginning of 2000, many Shabab were arrested, among them was Brother Saidaziz. He spent his sentence in Kiziltepe colony, then was moved to the penal colony of Karaulbazar. They did not release Saidaziz only because he did not refuse to stop carrying dawah with Hizb ut Tahrir despite all the hardships he faced.
In the spring of 2018, after a long illness, Saidaziz was placed in the Tashkent prison of Sangorod. He had an open form of tuberculosis. Seeing that Saidaziz’s disease was progressing and could not be treated in order to get rid of negative statistics, the regime of the tyrant released our brother in May. On June 23, 2018 Saidaziz passed away into the mercy of the Almighty Allah.
We in the Central Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir express our deepest condolences to the family of our brother, we ask Allah Almighty the Exalted to bestow patience and solace upon his family. We ask Allah for the victory (nusra) and the relief, we ask the army of Muslims to stand up for the protection of Islam and Muslims and the revival of the second Khilafah Rashidah State (Caliphate) upon the method of the Prophethood. We ask Allah the strength and power to liberate all Muslim prisoners and detainees – our brothers and sisters from the tyrants’ prisons. The Almighty has power over all things.
Allah Almighty says in His Noble Book:
إِنَّا لِلَّهِ وَإِنَّا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعُونَ
“Indeed we belong to Allah, and indeed to Him we will return.” [2:156]
