American-led Terrorism directed towards Russia and Central Asia

The head of the Tajikistan Border Committee, Mir Ali Razeqoof, has said that in late 2016, the military officials of a foreign country have met with Afghan militant groups in seven northern provinces. Razeqoof added: “In November 2016, the military authorities of a foreign country, in an unofficial trip, have visited Badakhshan, Takhar, Kundoz, Balkh, Baghlan, Sar-e-Pul, and Faryab provinces to discourse with the chief commanders of terrorist groups.” The Tajikistan Border Committee didn’t mention the name of the country, but affirmed that the support of some countries will strengthen the presence of those militant groups in the north of Afghanistan. Comment:

These days the issue of the Moscow Conference concerning Afghanistan and the bond of Russia with Taliban have been scattered in the air. America refused its presence at the Moscow Conference which is about Afghanistan. NATO declared to support an Afghan-owned and led peace process. Thus, US officials and US media are fiercely castigating Russian efforts. US criticism reveals that the effort made by the Russians will bring extreme adversity in the region.

However, it’s as if the region is kept completely secured, peaceful and prosperous with the presence of America and NATO. Over the past one and a half decades, killing of Muslims, bombardment, and various type of crimes under the pretext of “war against terrorism” have been persistently in progress.

The 16-year fight has proven to everyone that consistent fight, bombardment, killing, torturing, drone strikes, imprisoning people in Bagram, Guantanamo and other secret prisons of CIA have not only accelerated the “terrorism” phenomenon; but is also a well thought out plan.

It has to be clear that the US and NATO have been utilizing the phenomenon of “terrorism” as a successful plot to maintain their colonial interests; and whenever they realize that people will get their false evidence, causes, and plots, they then establish new militant groups through their puppet governments and regional intelligence agencies to deceive public thought, defame Islam and its system, as well as to destroy the trust of the Ummah against the genuine Islamic movements. Finally, the entire phenomenon of “terrorism” is being used by the US to pursue its colonializing goals in the region. The statement of head of Tajikistan Border Committee, Mir Ali Razeqoof, could be counted as a good reason for such plots.

It is worth mentioning that in this situation, the loyal puppet agent of United States of America – Zulmai Khalilzad – in an interview with VOA said: “The defeat of ISIS is “absolute in Iraq and Syria”, and lack of control by the Afghan government throughout the country will allow this group to announce Afghanistan as its upcoming hub. He also added that Russia must work together with the US and other western countries to maintain peace and stability in Afghanistan.

The common effort of Russia with the US and the West can’t be counted as a reward of the services which Russia had carried out in Syria and Libya with America because the case of Afghanistan is very different. America has invaded Afghanistan, thus it has signed strategic and security pacts with its Afghan puppets to obtain the military bases. The US micromanages its intelligence and security goals through Afghanistan in the region. Thus the US is pursuing its colonial interests outside Afghanistan, that’s the reason why it left the north of Afghanistan unsecured. If Russia doesn’t accept the terms and conditions of the US; it will transfer the insecurity and instability into Central Asia, which is considered as a “private and influenced zone” of Russia. Under the pretext of fighting against terrorism, the US will also reach out to these countries.

For this reason, the US has plotted to evoke and provoke policy against Russia through Afghanistan; to distance Russia from China, so that it comes into the US axis. Subsequently, it facilitated the opportunity of colonization of the resources of Central Asian countries, and will pave the way for increasing the western ideas and culture in those countries.

The Secretary of the US Department of State, Rex Tillerson, has said in the Council of NATO State Members: “We obviously want to have a discussion on the situation around NATO’s posture here in Europe, most particularly in Eastern Europe in response to Russia’s aggression in Ukraine and elsewhere.” He added that the existence of NATO is necessary ‘to deal with non-violent provocation of Russia, and sometimes even violent and aggressive provocations’. In contrast to his statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) of Russia has expressed “bewilderment” in a message on its official website, “We regret to note that such assessment was announced the day after the meeting of the Council of Russia – NATO, at the level of permanent representatives.”

After consistent follow up of incidents in the Islamic land, we could say that the authority and influence of any occupying country will not solve the problems of this land. Whatever the agents of the US put in the people’s mind through media is nonsense and will cause everlasting catastrophes. The solutions is to fight politically and intellectually against the Western culture and their rotten system. Hence, the Muslims should stand up against all this and carry out their obligation. By realizing our prime duty and calling for Islam, we would have an Islamic State today rather than in the future. A State where Islam would be applied and the colonialists would be expelled immediately from all the Muslim lands under the Islamic flags; Ra’ia and Lewa, the entire humanity would be liberated from the oppression of the corrupt man made system.
