The deteriorating security situation and the alarming number of the civilian and military casualties in Afghanistan, forced the Afghan ministers of the security sectors to finally appear and respond to the Senate (Mishrano Jarga) hearing. The Afghan Defense Minister clearly confirmed, that more than 500 military personnel were killed and more than 700 were injured over the past month – alone. The Afghan Interior Minister also affirmed that 30 security personnel and police are killed on a daily basis.

This year’s death toll of the Afghan National Security Forces (ANSF) have been tremendously shocking and unprecedented. Despite the fact that the Afghan government has constantly tried to conceal the death toll, it has been for the first time in years that the authorities reveal the number of casualties. However, the statements quoted by the families of the victims, the intensity of the war as well as the existing facts on the ground illustrate that the exact death toll of the Afghan Security Forces is much higher than what was declared by both ministers at the Senate hearing.

What seems questionable is the cause, on which the blood of Afghan soldiers is sacrificed. Is it sacrificed for Islam or is it to secure the regional and global dominance of the U.S. in Eurasia?

The real fact is that after the signing of the Bilateral Security Agreement (BSA) between Afghanistan and the U.S., the American forces were withdrawn from the front line of the war to their heavily fortified bases in order to have their casualties and financial militarily expenses reduced. Thus forth, the responsibility of a war that solely belongs to the US is put on the shoulders of the Afghan Security Forces, while the US soldiers rest in their bases. Thus the guns which have used against US and NATO invasion, turned to their Muslim brothers. Undoubtedly, in such a scenario, the casualties of the Afghan Security Forces have increased dramatically, due to the nature of their role as a dispensable US force, i.e. the fuel of fire, in maintaining their dominance in Eurasia. In fact, the U.S. and the Afghan government have no mechanism to reduce the casualties, while they are only tied up in counting the number of the dead Afghan soldiers.

It is necessary for the Muslim people of Afghanistan to recognize the betrayal of their rulers and lords and the reality of this filthy war. Therefore, they must not allow the continuation of this American war machine in Afghanistan at the cost of their children’s blood. What they must try to do is to utilize the energy and strengths of the Muslim youth of Afghanistan in order to establish the Islamic State, by establishing the sovereignty of Islam, and to eradicate the colonialism from the region. They must not serve for the American occupation, that kills and murders Afghan Muslims in Afghanistan on a daily basis, and increase the number of orphans, widows and poor families to be buried in vast grief by taking their guardians away from them.
