These weapons did not even come to the mind of the tyrant to use against the Jewish entity, who usurped Palestine and the Golan Heights, but were stored in their depots for all that time, not to be seen, even when the aircraft of the Jews hovered around his palace! Now he deploys these weapons to kill the people, whom he still claims are his people!
بِسْمِ اللّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ
A call to the sincere revolutionaries in the lands of ash-Sham!
Be advised and warned The kafir colonialists, especially America, have gathered upon a scheme to corrupt your revolution!
In recent days, there has been an escalation in the crimes of the tyrant of ash-Sham, Bashar, with murder and destruction of human beings, not even sparing the trees and stones! He disrupted the harvesting and cattle rearing, burning crops and livestock. He committed his crimes using guns, tanks, aircraft, explosives and cluster bombs, that killed the women, the children and the elderly. These weapons did not even come to the mind of the tyrant to use against the Jewish entity, who usurped Palestine and the Golan Heights, but were stored in their depots for all that time, not to be seen, even when the aircraft of the Jews hovered around his palace! Now he deploys these weapons to kill the people, whom he still claims are his people!
At the same time, there has been an escalation in talk about political maneuvering and mocking deals. Then there were the conferences of the National Council abroad and then the regime’s staged and crafted conferences at home asides from the international marathon of envoys of all hues, the black and the green! Then there was the opinion poll and frantic to and fro, from the morning to the evening, resulting in a corrupted invitation to negotiate a truce, a ceasefire, on Eid, after which the murder and crimes will resume! Then there was the comical dialogue, running between the executioner and the victim: the regime on one side and the revolutionaries on the other, to form a transitional government comprised of the two parties, erasing the tyrant’s crimes, granting him amnesty to roam, without accountability or questioning!
The brutality of the regime is obvious, seen by all states, large and small, and verified without the need for any opinion poll. However, the actors on the stage leave the situation to escalate militarily, whilst allowing it to muddle along politically. This is because of a fear that ruling by Islam will fill the vacuum, after the fall of the tyrant, with the establishment of the Khilafah in the land of ash-Sham. They have experienced the glory of the Muslims and the humiliation of the kafir colonialists, when the Muslims had a Khalifah by whom they were guarded and behind whom they fought. It is because of this fear that they gather together, not only America who does not want its agent to leave until she finds an alternative or manufactures one, but also Europe, Russia and China, the agents and the followers. They gather despite the differences of these states in their interests and ambitions; some of them support the regime in secret, others openly, whilst some others provide him with one extension after another, whilst yet others supply him with arms continuously and still others hinder any resolution against him … As for the agents and followers, they merely walk behind their master; Turkey declares Farouq al-Shara as a man of conscience and Jordan declares Riad Hijab as a man of morals, whilst the National Council welcomes Tlass and parades him as a blow against the regime, even though he was born of its womb. Qatar and Saudi Arabia are hovering around with lots of money but with few and sparingly distributed weapons, lest they reach the true believers, and Iran is fighting alongside the regime and its followers as best they can! Under the pretext of defiance and resistance, the regime has exceeded in evil beyond the horizons, indeed it is an evil consort!
They all met against the people of Syria, only to fight their thundering takbeers and their defiant chants declaring that there is no bowing except before Allah and that the people want the Khalifah and the rule by all that Allah has revealed. These chants resounded in the ears of these states, such that the fear of the Khilafah gathered within them. Then they threw behind their backs what they flaunt of words of crimes against humanity, genocide, brutal massacres, human rights all of these words have been removed from their dictionaries. All of this is permitted to them, rather obliged upon them, in order to prevent the return of the Khilafah, if they are able to … Thus, this is how they are today, and have always been, in their scheming and hatred against Islam and its people;
لا يَرْقُبُونَ فِي مُؤْمِنٍ إِلاً وَلا ذِمَّةً وَأُولَئِكَ هُمُ الْمُعْتَدُونَ
“With regard to any believer, they respect not the ties, either of kinship or of covenant! It is they who are the transgressors.” [At-Tawbah 9:10],
قَدْ بَدَتِ الْبَغْضَاءُ مِنْ أَفْوَاهِهِمْ وَمَا تُخْفِي صُدُورُهُمْ أَكْبَر,
“Rank hatred has appeared from their mouths, though what their hearts conceal is even greater.” [Al-Imran 3:118].
O the revolutionaries in Syria! We realize that among you there are a few who are duped by the culture of the West, stupefied by its ideas and concepts, repeating what it says, calling for a secular democratic civil state, which separates religion from life … They are but a few that they do not want the rule of Islam, desiring the western culture with its corruption, so that the current system would remain with a mere change in faces, deeds and bodies! This faction is misguided and they have no weight in themselves, for their weight depends on the corrupt regime and its masters. So, if the flame of that regime and its masters were extinguished, the flame of this faction would extinguish too, for they are tied to it in knots!
We are also aware that amongst you there is another faction, which is more in numbers than those few, and are greater in weight … They are Muslims but with a covering over their eyes: they love Islam and want the Khilafah and they love the Rayah (Banner) of RasulAllah صلى الله عليه و سلم, but they do not announce what they like and want because of fear of provoking the colonialist powers and they don’t raise the Banner because of fear of inciting the nationalists! We remind them so they may be aware and we remind them so that they will not reap grapes from the thorns of the kafir colonialist West, nor from its agents amongst those who call to nationalists. As much as they try not to provoke the West, and avoid making it angry, thinking that this will guarantee the West’s support, they are dreaming. They are dreaming because only if they were to abandon their skins by leaving their deen would they please the enemies of Allah and His Messenger صلى الله عليه و سلم.
وَلَنْ تَرْضَى عَنْكَ الْيَهُودُ وَلا النَّصَارَى حَتَّى تَتَّبِعَ مِلَّتَهُمْ
“Neither the Jews nor the Christians will be pleased with you unless you follow their religion.” [Surah al-Baqarah 2:120]
We are also aware that there is a multitude amongst you who are sincere revolutionaries, who make takbeer and call for the Khilafah, those who say that they do not bow down to anyone but Allah … These are the pivot and we call them in this statement, because they are the ones before whom the corruption shatters in front of their Iman (Belief) RasulAllah صلى الله عليه و سلم said,
أَلا وَإِنَّ الإِيمَانَ إِذَا وَقَعَتِ الْفِتَنُ بِالشَّامِ
“Iman will always be in Ash-Sham, whenever there is corruption.” [Al-Hakim]
It is you, O sincere revolutionaries that we call to beware that the military and political attacks against you are to create despair in you and force you to sit down with the regime and its men. Do not sit with them, they are equal in treason and treachery, for this regime and its masters produce only traitorous agents, so beware, beware,
هُمُ الْعَدُوُّ فَاحْذَرْهُمْ قَاتَلَهُمُ اللَّهُ أَنَّى يُؤْفَكُونَ
“They are the enemies, so beware of them. May Allah curse them! How are they denying the right path.” [al-Munafiqoon 63:4]
It is for you, O sincere revolutionaries, that we send this statement in these ten nights of the month of Dhul-Hijjah, of the Sacred months, to beware of any deal with this regime, even if it were decorated to improve its face, drawing attention to its adornments, for it will only earn the anger of Allah in whose way, Glorified be He, you spilled your blood only for the regime to remain in its tyranny over you in the end. Beware because betrayal is the habit of the traitor agents, they lie in wait for you secretly and openly, and if it is a matter of lying in wait, then let it be as Allah سبحانه و تعالى says:
قُلْ هَلْ تَرَبَّصُونَ بِنَا إِلا إِحْدَى الْحُسْنَيَيْنِ وَنَحْنُ نَتَرَبَّصُ بِكُمْ أَنْ يُصِيبَكُمُ اللَّهُ بِعَذَابٍ مِنْ عِنْدِهِ أَوْ بِأَيْدِينَا فَتَرَبَّصُوا إِنَّا مَعَكُمْ مُتَرَبِّصُونَ
“Say: “Do you lie in wait for us but for one of the two best things, (our Victory or our Martyrdom); while we await for you either that Allah will afflict you with a punishment from Himself or at our hands. So wait, we too are waiting with you.” [At-Tawba 9:52]
By the will of Allah you are victorious as long you are firm on the right: purify your Niya (Intention) to Allah in your work, and be resolute in your resolve to strive to establish the Khilafah, and beware of bargaining, compromises and deals or acceptance of any remnant of the regime whatsoever.
O revolutionaries who are sincere to their revolution! The guide does not lie to his people and Hizb ut Tahrir warns you, it is a counsel to you and it seeks for right, as you do… Hizb warns you of any agreement with the regime under any name whatsoever: whether transitional or permanent, whether under the auspices of the Arab League or the United Nations, with the head of the regime or with its limbs or tails, they are but a continuation of evil and betrayal, and there is no difference amongst any one of them … Do not allow them any way amongst you, except that you bury this system and its pillars and establish the Khilafah al-Rashida in its place. Only then will you be sincere with Allah and His Messenger, loyal to the pure blood that filled the lands of Ash-Shaam, such that there is not even an inch to be found without the drop of blood of a martyr or from the wounds of the wounded. Only then will you win in both realms, glad tidings to the believers.
O revolutionaries who are sincere to their revolution! The escalation of the regime’s attacks is nothing but the dance of the slaughtered and is a proof of its despair. You must not despair of the mercy of Allah and know that victory comes with patience. You have challenged the regime for twenty months and what remains is less than what has passed, for the regime is finished or almost finished. It can only count on your despair before it falls into a deep abyss and that is why the regime escalates both in its brutal attacks and in its dealings and negotiating, so that perhaps it finds a way out. So do not allow the regime to do that, such that it becomes alive after dying a death.
فَلا تَهِنُوا وَتَدْعُوا إِلَى السَّلْمِ وَأَنْتُمُ الْأَعْلَوْنَ وَاللَّهُ مَعَكُمْ وَلَنْ يَتِرَكُمْ أَعْمَالَكُمْ
“So do not lose heart and beg for peace while you are superior. Allah is with you and He will never deprive you of (the reward of) your deeds.” [Muhammad 47:35]
